One of the few technological advances in the plaster moulding industry is in the material used for reproducing parts. The elasticity and durability of this material is paramount, in order to maintain sharpness of detail and consistency of shape from the first cast to the last. Palladio spares no expense to achieve this by producing its mold only from the highest grade of mouldings materials. We also hold very stringent policies on how many pieces a single mold can produce. Over time, a mold can lose it's dimension or deviate from it's original pattern. Therefore, we take very careful steps on ensuring each piece is replicated as accurate as possible to the measurement and pattern as the original. |

All molds are not created equal, for example a mold for a large Corinthian capital would not require the same mouldings procedure of that of a small rosette, each are vastly different in complexity. Palladio’s mold makers possess the experience to produce molds for any type and size of part to ensure a positive end result. We have created mold as small as a your pinky to as large as compact car! With our experience, there's no limit to what can be produced. |
